Founded in 1984, Wuxi Derui Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. (the former combination of Wuxi Seamless Steel Tube Mill and XiShan Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd.) is a nominated supplier for Chinese Petrochemical Corporation. The product sizes range from (diameter) 8 - 114 x 1 - 12mm, and the main products are tubes for low and medium pressure boiler, high pressure boiler, high pressure chemical facility, petroleum cracking, fluid conveyance, vitriol-resisting dew point seamless steel tubes, anti-H2S stress corrosion, defueling pump pole, ellipse seamless steel tubes, and seamless steel tube for automobile steering device. The materials include Grade 10, 20, 45, 16Mn, 20G, St52, A179, 210C, 15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoVG, 35CrMo, 37Mn5, 07Cr2A1MoA, and 09CrCuSb.

Our products are widely used in petrochemical industry, boiler and vessel manufacturing, medical facility, and car industry. The company has been issued the production licence for low and medium pressure seamless boiler tubes, high pressure seamless boiler tubes, seamless tubes for higher pressure chemical fertilizer facility, and seamless tubes for petroleum cracking. It is also awarded the certificate of "Material and Techniques of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Evaluation Certificate for 07Cr2A1MoA (anti-H2S stress corrosion seamless tubes)" by China National Technical Committee of Standardization for Boiler and Pressure Vessel.

The product is used in boilers for power station with the power of 300,000kW, 200,000kW, 120,000kW, 600,000 metric tons and 1,200,000 metric tons polythene facility for the petrochemical industry. 07Cr2A1MoA seamless tubes are used well to resist H2S corrosion in the process of oil refining from the imported high S contented crude oil.

The company is equipped with advanced facilities, including one set of (diameter) 70 piercer and (diameter) 114 piercer, 16 sets of draw benches, 6 sets of straightening machines, 2 sets of computerized continuous natural west-to-east gas heat treatment furnaces. In one of the furnace with 60m length, the temperature difference is only 3 to 5 centigrade, which assures the good quality of all carbon and alloy steel seamless tubes. For main inspection facilities, there are 3 sets of eddy current test facilities, one set of ultrasonic testing facility, one set of hydro test facility, 2 sets of material inspection facilities, 2 sets of spectrometers, 2 sets of hardness machines, as well as the facilities for chemical analysis and micro structure test.
